Supervision for Internal Coaches
Are you, or do you have internal coaches who would benefit from some external supervision to help them be the best they can be in their practice?
I can work on a one to one or small group basis to help your internal coaches work ethically and help them develop their skills.

Costs are based on typical assignments but can be tailored to meet your individual needs. They include all pre and post preparation and any chemistry meetings and contracting meetings. Where possible I try to use free venues but if this is not possible the cost of room hire and travel may be added to the above fees and this will be agreed with you in advance.
What some clients say about my supervision
‘I took a very complicated situation to Mel for supervision: I felt she negotiated the fine line between understanding enough detail to ask the right questions and allowing me to get too bogged down in details brilliantly. She kept the effect of the situation on me in mind the whole time and this allowed me to stand back and take a new clearer view of the issue. This is what ultimately enabled me to find a new approach and way forward.’
‘Asked provocative, thoughtful questions, grasped issues quickly and perceptively, established good non-judgemental environment, did not impose herself onto the proceedings but managed the session effectively nonetheless’
‘ She enabled us to have a very thought provoking session, which encouraged us to approach our issues with different perspectives. ‘
